Who is Miriam?

Miriam is a 17-year-old Lebanese girl on a mission to promote civic participation amongst school children ages 8-15. Miriam felt like she lost a sense of purpose after the Beirut explosions of 2020.

She wanted to volunteer and help out but could not find an opportunity for someone her age. She knew she wasn’t the only one feeling this way and wanted to help others find their purpose through volunteering, community service and civic engagement so she started a unique program with the help of Peace First.
